Since my last update, I have started working full time at an incoming call center for an outsourcing company whose major project is a cable company. For anyone in the US with Charter Cable, this means if you have cable trouble and ask for a supervisor-you might get me. By the way, if you are in the US and have Charter Cable...I'm Sorry!! This 40 hr work week doesn't leave me much time for sitting at my compy to work on anything....
